Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing the store.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
