Palm Beach Tan in Utah is seeking friendly, energetic sales associates to join our team. We offer a very competitive hourly rate with unlimited commission opportunities and a family-friendly, fun work environment.

Full-time associates receive benefits including health insurance, paid vacation, and opportunities for training and development. We value customers and pride ourselves on exceptional service and clean, welcoming salons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on store rules and brand guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and daily opening/closing tasks.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly

• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintains a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
