Job summary

Sephora in Marietta, GA is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome clients with warmth and confidence, provide personalized consultations, and recommend products to enhance every client’s confidence. You’ll stay on top of beauty trends, demonstrate product knowledge, and work to exceed sales goals while maintaining an inviting, inclusive store space.

This role is flexible in hours, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
A passion for beauty and trends and empowering confidence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
Fast learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
