• Build customer loyalty with personalized consultations and product recommendations.
• Execute promotions, events, and customer outreach to maximize performance.
• Use selling tools and devices to provide omnichannel experience and inform inventory/details.
• Leverage training tools to build product knowledge and suggestive selling. Encourage repeat client interactions.
• Merchandise and replenish products, maintain visual standards, and align with vendor/company directives.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating achievements.
• Demonstrate adaptability and support store operations as needed.
