Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Provide a guest-friendly environment with greeting, personalized service, product recommendations and promotions.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds and exchanges and assist with on-line orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed about new and existing products to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Drive sales by keeping area replenished and testers available.
