Sephora at ID-Village Meridian is seeking a Beauty Advisor to greet clients, provide personalized consultations, and recommend products that fit individual beauty goals. You’ll help create a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience and stay current with the latest trends.

This part-time, hourly role requires excellent communication, a passion for beauty, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service in a retail environment
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented setting
• Able to absorb and share product knowledge quickly
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences through consultations and product recommendations
• Demonstrate product knowledge to educate and empower clients
• Stay ahead of trends to provide relevant beauty advice
• Drive sales results and meet KPIs
• Maintain a welcoming, organized store space and assist with merchandising
