Paul Mitchell The School Colorado Springs is seeking a Clinic Floor Learning Leader to oversee clinic floor sales, operations, and guest experience. This role partners with the Service Desk Leader, Sales Leader, and other Clinic Floor Learning Leaders to drive Take Home and service dollars while delivering an outstanding student and guest experience.

The ideal candidate has prior cosmetology school instruction experience, holds a current cosmetology or related license, and demonstrates strong

Qualifications

Experience instructing at a cosmetology school.
Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nails license and instructor license.
Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills.
Experience supervising and documenting performance with ROI awareness.
Strong references and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

Run and maintain clinic floor sales, operations, and communication with leadership.
Lead students and Clinic Floor Learning Leaders to meet or exceed take-home and service dollars.
Ensure no guest is turned away and each receives full service experience.
Coach team in up-selling, rebooking, and guest service systems.
Demonstrate positive, effective communication and teamwork.
