Qualifications

• Customer experience in retail with client consultation and service-minded communication.
• Brand representation and presentation skills including storytelling.
• Makeup/beauty expertise with ability to perform basic applications.
• Team collaboration and professional conduct in store teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a fast-paced, on-site retail environment.
• Beauty industry experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
