Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a smiling, customer-focused Beauty Advisor to help customers through their beauty journey, from hair color to nails. You will play a key role in delivering a memorable shopping experience, applying product knowledge training, and helping customers enroll in the Sally Beauty loyalty program.

The role involves building relationships, promoting promotions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Clear and concise communication with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to customer service.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must 18 years of age or older
• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
