Belk in Sevierville, TN is seeking a dedicated Beauty Advisor to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will build relationships, perform product applications, and provide personalized recommendations in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

You will leverage product knowledge and clienteling tools to meet client needs, participate in promotions, and support omni-channel service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and drive store objectives and metrics.
• Build memorable store experiences through relationships with customers, team, vendors, and community.
• Provide personalized consultations, clienteling, and product recommendations.
• Execute promotions and customer outreach to maximize sales.
• Utilize tools to provide omnichannel, inventory, and product details to customers.
• Build product knowledge and artistry, encourage repeat client interactions.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store hygiene per directives.
• Contribute to positive store culture and teamwork.
• Support selling and store operations as needed.
• Assist omni and operations processes with asset protection.
