Job summary

Macy's is hiring a Cosmetic Sales Colleague to deliver expert beauty guidance and a personalized shopping experience. As a Beauty Advisor, you’ll educate customers, demonstrate products, and tailor consultations to individual skincare and makeup needs.

You’ll build a loyal client base through follow‑ups, in-store interactions, and consistent service, while helping achieve sales goals. Prior customer service or cosmetics selling experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Comfort with makeup applications and skincare consultation is beneficial.
