Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome clients and deliver personalized beauty experiences at KS-Oak Park Kansas. You will provide tailored consultations, recommend products, and help clients build confidence through a passion for all things beauty.

You’ll stay on top of trends, maintain an organized store environment, and work with a team to exceed sales targets while upholding Sephora standards and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
