Job summary

A leading beauty retailer is seeking a Beauty Advisor in Colorado, Aurora. This role entails providing exceptional service and engaging with guests to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry and excellent guest service skills. Responsibilities include sales, product demonstrations, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $21.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional experience for all guests by engaging each guest to determine their individual needs.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.

Skills
