The Cosmetic Beauty Advisor reports to the Sales Team Manager/Store Manager and ensures the uniform execution of the Belk direction within their store.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales - Responsible for:

• Meeting or exceeding personal sales per hour goals
• Demonstrating excellent selling skills and customer service
• Executing promotions and special events
• Driving sales through customer clienteling
• Collaborating with store management to optimize business
• Achieving sales goals
• Reducing shrinkage in the area

Customer Service - Responsible for:

• Meeting or exceeding SPH and credit application goals
• Personalized customer interactions
• Handling transactions efficiently and accurately
• Providing high-quality customer service to support satisfaction surveys
• Building and maintaining a customer clientele

General Responsibilities:

• Maintaining store standards in presentation and hygiene
• Unpacking and storing new merchandise appropriately
• Setting up promotional signage timely
• Following procedures for inventory and system management
• Adhering to dress standards and appearance
