Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Regular part-time Beauty Advisor for the Los Gatos, CA store to welcome clients with warmth and confidence. You will provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, helping clients discover the right beauty solutions while staying current with trends.

You will contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment, maintain inventory and merchandising, and work with a team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional experiences for every guest.

Position: Regular part-time hourly (Non-Exempt).

Store: CA-Los Gatos (1274)

Location: Old Town Center, 50 University Ave B260, Los Gatos, CA 95032, United States.

As a Beauty Advisor, you’ll be the face of Sephora—welcoming every client with warmth, confidence, and a passion for all things beauty. Through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, you’ll play a meaningful role in clients’ confidence journeys. Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours: Full Time 30-40 hrs/week, Part Time 15-29 hrs/week, Flex (as needed) 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
