Sephora USA, Inc. is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Emeryville, CA. The role focuses on welcoming clients with warmth and confidence, offering personalized consultations, and recommending products to empower customers on their beauty journey.

You’ll stay ahead of trends, maintain a welcoming retail space, and collaborate with a team to exceed sales goals while upholding Sephora standards. Flexible shifts include evenings and weekends.

As a Beauty Advisor, you’ll be the face of Sephora—welcoming every client with warmth, confidence, and a passion for all things beauty. Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product expertise: Share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
• Stay ahead of trends Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

$22.60 - $26.00/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
