Sephora in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Beauty Advisor to welcome clients with warmth and confidence. You will provide personalized consultations, share product knowledge, and offer tailored recommendations to boost client confidence and loyalty.

You’ll work in a collaborative, inclusive environment, staying current with beauty trends while helping maintain a clean, organized store and meeting performance goals. Flexible schedules include evenings and weekends.

Formación
