Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor in Bethesda, MD to greet clients with warmth and confidence, offering personalized consultations and expert product recommendations. You’ll help clients build confidence through tailored beauty experiences and stay ahead of trends in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role is part-time (15–29 hrs/wk), on-site, with a focus on delivering exceptional service, supporting store standards, and promoting inclusivity while meeting sales goals.
