Job summary

Sephora Appleton is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor to greet clients, provide personalized consultations, and recommend products. You’ll join a team that values inclusivity and style, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced beauty environment.

This role is hourly, with schedules that cover peak retail hours including nights and weekends. Candidates should enjoy helping clients feel confident and stay ahead of trends, while maintaining a clean, welcoming store and meeting sales targets.

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence

• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

$18.00 - $20.50/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
