Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or selling experience required.
• Previous cosmetic or fragrance sales experience a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Use product knowledge to guide customers based on wants and needs.
• Build relationships with customers and introduce beauty products.
• Demonstrate makeup application to customers.
• Maintain display, organization, and stock of inventory.
• Utilize the loyalty program to connect with customers and enroll them in rewards.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales events to boost sales.
• Complete training through Macy's resources and vendor trainings.
