Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a dedicated Beauty Advisor for our Moore, OK store to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will engage guests to assess needs, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and support service and retail sales goals.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, conducting demos, booking appointments for services and events, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking merchandise, and assisting with online orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment, greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service, answering questions, informing guests about promotions and products, and recommending related Ulta Beauty items.
• Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals.
• Stay informed regarding new and existing products and services to better serve guests.
