StyleKorean Inc. is seeking a Beauty Advisor for the Lincoln Road location in Miami Beach, FL. You will help customers discover Korean skincare products and provide a welcoming in-store experience.

Responsibilities include staying current on trends, recommending products, assisting with stock, operating the POS, and supporting promotions and events to drive sales. Strong customer service and flexible scheduling are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong skincare, makeup knowledge and trends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Beauty Advisor, Lincoln Road - Miami Beach

MOIDA is looking for Beauty Advisors to join our new Lincoln Road team in Miami Beach, Florida. As a Beauty Advisor, you’ll help customers discover Korean skincare and beauty products while creating a welcoming and engaging in-store experience. Whether you're already a K-Beauty fan or excited to learn more, this is a great opportunity to learn about Korean beauty and gain sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Stay knowledgeable about K-Beauty trends, new product launches, promotions, and bestselling products
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate skincare and beauty products
• Build customer relationships and provide personalized service that encourages repeat visits
• Support store sales goals and individual performance expectations
• Operate the POS system and accurately process approved payment methods
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned and trained by store management
• Receive shipments, open boxes, replenish merchandise, and keep products properly stocked
• Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and product movement
• Maintain organized, attractive, and properly stocked product displays
• Support visual merchandising and promotional displays
• Keep the sales floor, checkout area, stock areas, and other store spaces clean and organized
• Perform routine store cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom upkeep
• Maintain awareness of activity on the sales floor and follow company loss-prevention and store safety procedures
• Assist with store events, promotions, and approved marketing or marketing activities
• Perform other retail and operational duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of retail, sales, or customer service experience (beauty or fashion experience strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of skincare, makeup, and current trends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing workplace.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to bend, reach, stock merchandise, open shipments, and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly Korean or Spanish, but are not required

Compensation

• $15.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Starting pay is determined based on relevant retail and customer service experience, qualifications, skills, and business needs.
• Additional compensation opportunities may include performance-based incentives where applicable and in accordance with company policy and applicable wage and hour laws.
