Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in San Diego seeks an in-store makeup artist to deliver a welcoming, inspirational experience for customers and educate them on our prestige beauty brands. You will collaborate with a high-performing team to execute in-store events and ensure the store maintains premier visual merchandising standards, delivering exceptional service.

Certifications are desirable, but amateur makeup experience with strong skills is welcome, and comprehensive training and benefits are

• Qualifications in makeup artistry or willingness to learn; amateur experience acceptable with strong creative/technical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience using in-store POS systems or retail software.
