The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an in-store makeup artist to deliver a welcoming and personalized experience for customers in Michigan.

You will combine creative and technical makeup artistry with strong customer service to educate and delight shoppers in a high-performing team environment. You will participate in in-store events and help ensure top visual merchandising standards to stand out against competitors.

Qualifications

• Make-up artistry proficiency or demonstrable creativity and technical skill.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software is preferred.
• Must be able to prove right to live and work in the country when invited for interview.

Qualifications

Pay Range

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
