Join us as a Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) at Sally Beauty and be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier worldwide. We aim to empower customers to express themselves through hair and beauty, and we need passionate, talented individuals to help make this happen!

Job Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
• Recommend complementary products and inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and maintain a professional store environment.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
