Sally Beauty is seeking a friendly Beauty Advisor to help customers explore hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails while delivering a memorable shopping experience.

You will build relationships, guide product selections, and promote promotions and loyalty benefits. The role supports diverse schedules, training, and growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers across hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails.
• Assist customers in selecting products and explaining benefits.
• Maintain visual merchandising and keep displays up to date with promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Sally Beauty loyalty program.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize product stock as needed.

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on one primary objective - creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

• The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
