Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) – Sally Beauty

Sally Beauty is the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world. The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, and will be supported by training from Sally Beauty to build your knowledge and skills.

You bring your passion and personality – we will provide the rest.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work with a range of different schedules and hours to suit diverse needs.
