Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor in Willmar, MN to create a memorable shopping experience for customers across hair, cosmetics, skincare and nails. You will guide customers through their beauty journey, with provided training to support you.

You will help with product education, promotions, loyalty enrollment, and maintaining a welcoming store environment while delivering excellent service and accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• Position requires standing, walking, bending, crouching and other physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
