Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales, and perform makeup applications and skincare analysis on the sales floor in Bristol, TN. You will engage guests, answer questions, demonstrate products, and assist with events while maintaining store standards and inventory.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS and Apple devices.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests and personalizing assistance.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive experiences.
• Keep fixtures stocked and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies and procedures and protect assets.
