Ulta Beauty is seeking a dedicated Beauty Advisor in Las Vegas to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will greet guests, assess needs, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and support sales through demonstrations and services. You’ll also manage cashier tasks and help maintain a clean, stocked store floor.

The role requires flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with opportunities for career growth. Prior retail and customer-service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Assist with cashier tasks and handle returns/exchanges.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock fixtures, and replenish merchandise.
• Promote loyalty programs and drive sales through in-store experiences.
