A leading beauty retailer in St. Charles, Illinois, is seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. In this role, you will engage with guests to assess their needs, perform makeup applications, and assist with in-store events. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience. This position offers a flexible schedule and a pay range of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates competency for selling and customer service.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently as well as part of a team.
