Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications, make recommendations, process transactions, and support store events and inventory tasks.

Ideal candidates have a passion for beauty, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal skills. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver high-quality guest service and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, determine needs, and answer questions about products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events.
• Process transactions and support online orders as needed.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized sales floor and back area.
• Stay informed about new products, ingredients, and benefits for guests.
