Qualifications

Retail experience with strong customer service orientation.
Ability to explain promotions and enroll customers in loyalty programs.
Comfort with product knowledge across hair, cosmetics, skin care and nails.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
Recommend additional and complementary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales.
Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
