Job summary

Sephora in Temecula is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome clients with warmth, provide personalized consultations, and recommend products that fit individual beauty goals. You’ll stay current on trends and demonstrate product knowledge to empower clients on their beauty journeys.

You will stay ahead of trends, support inventory and merchandising, help maintain a welcoming environment, and contribute to a culture of inclusivity while meeting store goals.

• Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.

• Demonstrate product expertise: Share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
• Stay ahead of trends Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
• Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
• Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
• Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
