Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor at the AZ-Biltmore store in Phoenix to welcome clients with warmth and confidence while delivering personalized beauty experiences and expert product recommendations.

You will stay ahead of trends, educate clients on products, and help maintain a welcoming, organized store environment that reflects Sephora's commitment to inclusivity and belonging. This is a full-time, hourly position.

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service in a retail or hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences Provide tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs
• Demonstrate product expertise: Share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
• Stay ahead of trends Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back
• Drive results Sephora sets you up to thrive in your role so that you can exceed sales goals and key performance indicators
• Maintain a beautiful space Support inventory, merchandising, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
