Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates in Broadview Heights, Ohio. You will represent our brand, deliver exceptional customer service, and work in a commission-influenced environment. The role requires standing for long periods and meeting daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail or customer service environment.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning services and comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and responsibilities for opening/closing the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintains a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
