Hudson Group at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is seeking a MAC Beauty Artist to provide an engaging, personalized shopping experience and expert makeup advice. You will demonstrate makeup applications, guide product selection, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining displays, stock and counters.

Training sessions are mandatory and part of your daily routine. This role requires availability on days, nights, weekends and events; competitive hourly pay with employee

Qualifications

• Certification in makeup artistry desirable, but amateur experience welcome.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends, and events.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, welcoming, personal, professional service to customers.
• Assist with product selection and information.
• Demonstrate makeup application to achieve the customer's desired look.
• Maintain counters, displays and inventory.
• Participate in Mac training sessions and store routines.
• Adhere to security procedures for cash and assets.
• Stock counter supplies and replenish inventory daily.
• Merchandise and restock products in showcases and cabinets.

MAC Beauty Artist Key Accountabilities :

Providetimely, welcoming, personal, professional, and consistent service to all customersat all times

Assistcustomers with product/servicesselectionand information

Demonstrate effective communication skills, the well‑executed, and expedient application of makeup to achieve the look the customer desire

Meet your individual responsibility for yourappropriate contributionto the team’s goals in term of service, sales, and company objectives

Activelyparticipatein M·A·C training sessions and partnered store mandatory training sessions

Activelyparticipatein cleaning display units, tools, and testers throughout the day

Maintain proper placement and condition of merchandise on counter, in stock room, andmaintainedareas

Adhere to proper security proceduresregardinghandling of cash and assets

Assistwith stocking of all counter supplies and inventoryon a daily basis

Assistin merchandising and re‑stocking all products on the floor inshowcasesand cabinets every morning and as needed throughout the day

Adhere to and model M·A·C’s policiesregardingcustomer service expectations, dress code, and professional standards

MAC Beauty Artist Required Qualifications:

While certification in make-up artistry and/orpreviousretail make up experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with amateur level experience

All applicants must be able todemonstratethe ability to provide inspirational,authenticand personalized customer service

Ability toworkdays, nights, weekends, andspecial eventsin a fast‑paced work environment
