Job summary

A tanning salon is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to represent the brand and provide exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates are motivated to achieve sales goals in a commission-driven environment. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, educating customers on tanning requirements, and maintaining a clean salon. Candidates must have a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Ensures customers are educated on company requirements.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.

Skills
