Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our California store. You will greet guests, demonstrate products, perform makeovers, and support in-store events while driving sales and loyalty program enrollment.

Requirements include a high school diploma and about 1 year of relevant experience. You should be comfortable with technology, able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and committed to guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service to their needs, answering questions about products and services, informing guests about promotions and sales, and recommending products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals.
• Stay informed regarding new and existing products and services to better serve guests.
