Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting and engaging each guest and recommending products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain fixtures, replenish merchandise, and ensure testers are available.
• Adhere to policies and dress code and participate in store training and compliance.
