Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional in-store guest experience, assist with merchandise, and support sales through product knowledge and personalized service.

You will greet guests, perform makeup applications or skincare analyses, restock fixtures, and collaborate with the team to ensure clean, organized selling floors while promoting promotions and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage with each guest to determine needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Keep fixtures stocked and assist with on-line orders and checkout tasks.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
