Macy's is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Flex Colleague (Beauty Advisor Flex) to provide expert beauty guidance, demonstrations, and personalized consultations. You will build lasting client relationships, manage a loyal customer base through outreach, and help customers leave feeling confident and cared for.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, educating on products, promoting loyalty benefits, and ensuring a welcoming, well-merchandised shopping environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships and demonstrating product application.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized, shoppable space.
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals with exceptional service.
• Use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions.

Responsibilities
