Macy's is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Flex Colleague to provide expert beauty advice, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver personalized consultations. You’ll build lasting client relationships, grow a loyal customer base, and help customers feel confident and excited to return.

As a Beauty Advisor Flex, you’ll guide shoppers through makeup and skincare, stay current on trends, and meet sales goals while offering engaging, educational experiences across the store.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Effective communication with customers, co-workers and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies in English

Responsibilities

• Educate customers with product demonstrations and makeup consultations
• Build and manage a loyal client base through follow-up and personalized service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and assist with merchandise moves
• Drive sales while delivering exceptional service and leveraging loyalty benefits
