Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Advisor at the Puerto Rico Premium store (2684). You’ll welcome clients with warmth, provide personalized beauty consultations, and recommend products to help clients feel confident and radiant in their own style.

You’ll stay current with beauty trends, contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment, support inventory/merchandising, and collaborate with a team to meet sales goals while upholding Sephora’s standards for service.

• Previous experience in service-driven retail or hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences Provide tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs


• Demonstrate product expertise: Share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey


• Stay ahead of trends Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
