Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc is seeking a Beauty Advisor at MD-Pike & Rose in North Bethesda to welcome clients with warmth and provide personalized consultations and product recommendations. This hourly, flex role offers 30-40 hours weekly for full-time shifts, with availability during nights, weekends and holidays; you’ll contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store environment.

Pay ranges from $21.75 to $24.88 per hour; eligibility-based healthcare and wellbeing benefits are included.

• Demonstrate product expertise: Share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
• Stay ahead of trends Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
