Job summary

Sephora in Marietta, GA is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome clients with warmth and confidence, provide personalized consultations, and recommend products to enhance every client’s confidence. You’ll stay on top of beauty trends, demonstrate product knowledge, and work to exceed sales goals while maintaining an inviting, inclusive store space.

This role is flexible in hours, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

• Demonstrate product expertise: Share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
• Stay ahead of trends Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
