Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor in Grapevine, TX, to greet clients with warmth and confidence. You’ll provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, shaping customers’ beauty journeys.

You’ll stay current with trends, collaborate with teammates, and help maintain a welcoming store environment while aiming to exceed sales goals. This hourly, on-site role supports peak retail hours, including nights and weekends.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

• $19.80 - $22.90/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
