Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor to join the TX-Mueller Center store in Austin. You’ll welcome clients with warmth and confidence, provide personalized beauty experiences, and offer expert product recommendations to meet individual needs.

Role requires staying on top of trend data, educating customers, and maintaining a clean, inviting space. You’ll work with a diverse team to exceed sales goals while upholding Sephora standards and an inclusive culture.

• Stay ahead of trends Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
