• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships; troubleshoot; work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest, inform about promotions, and recommend products and/or services to drive sales.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Assist with online orders, exchanges, and returns; support in-store events and appointments.
