Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, perform cashier duties, and maintain store presentation. You will engage guests, demonstrate products, and support leadership with in-store events and merchandising.

Responsibilities include booking appointments, staying knowledgeable about products, and driving sales while providing outstanding customer service. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage each guest to determine needs.
• Conduct cashier tasks and process transactions.
• Keep fixtures stocked and maintain store cleanliness.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Stay informed about products and features to better serve guests.
